I’d like it if they asked if the windshield wiper fluid needs to be topped off. $3 is a little pricy for wiper fluid, I always got a bottle at home, anyway. We recently purchased a used vehicle from AutoNation Ford Jacksonville. Our salesperson, Milani Noes was professional and knowledgeable through the entire process. We scheduled our test drive the afternoon before for 10:30 the next day. The car was parked out front and ready when we arrived and we were driving it in just a few minutes. What impressed us the most about Milani was her knowledge of the vehicle. What is notable is that the car we were interested in was not a Ford, which her dealership specializes in and she would certainly have tremendous product knowledge of. We were test driving a foreign luxury car and she was able to answer every question we had about the offerings of the car from engine capabilities to sound system to various controls in the car. We were impressed! Thank you for a wonderful buying experience. We would definitely recommend contacting Milani.

Even when I was suppose to meet with someone else for my maintenance, another employee decided to help me to not keep me there longer. The shuttle driver was very nice to talk with and ensured me he would come and pick me up if I called. They finished my scheduled maintenance and alerted me of my brake fluid and other things and fixed it all the same day.

Bought a new Bronco Sport at AutoNation Ford and the whole experience was awesome. Milani Noes was our sales consultant. She took the time to reach out and communicate with us, updating us on what was going on with our bronco as we waited for it to be shipped and she was just wonderful and pleasant in general! We got a protection plan on inside and outside of our vehicle for many years to come and it was all super affordable. I never thought I would own a brand new vehicle but it absolutely makes sense to buy new right now and AutoNation and Milani make that process so simple. Love this place ❤️

Compared to the other Ford dealerships in the area, AutoNation Ford Jacksonville has excelled my expectations in every way. When I purchased my vehicle, I also paid for the maintenance agreement which I now regret I did. For the amount I paid, I thought I would at least get all of my fluids checked and topped off. This morning as I was leaving for work, my car gave me a message to turn the car off immediately and fill up the Anti freeze reservoir, Really! I just had it serviced 12 hours earlier! Part 2 Today I took my pre owned vehicle, an Audi A4, to the Audi dealership for a full diagnostic (at a out of pocket expense of $300). Let me first say that I purchased this car from Autonation Ford in August of last year and have put around 7,000 miles on it. I was told that this vehicle was fully inspected and was given a clean bill of health. However today I just received notice from the dealership that to perform the needed repairs on this car will cost me upwards of $3,400. I REGRET THE DAY I EVER STEPPED FOOT ON AUTONATION'S LOT, and I will never recommend this place of business to anyone!

Seems the general number provided goes to a regional call desk where the people answering the phone can only schedule service work. Getting the number to talk to an actual person at the dealership, is too cumbersome.

Made a telephonic reservation for oil change,tire rotation, and a recall. I confirmed the time twice and I showed up early. No one came out so I went in to the service area. All of the service people were standing around. I was informed that their systems were down and I could get a call sometime later to maybe reschedule. No class no texts, nothing. This shows no respect for their customers. They only show respect when they sell you a new car. Guess I will take my business elsewhere and buy something besides Ford cars and pickups.

My boyfriend purchased a vehicle here, but he had already scoped out what he wanted to purchase prior to our arrival. Most of the staff was very nice. The only reason why I would give this a 5 star review was because they didn't want to clean the vehicle unless my boyfriend was going to purchase it. It had some spots on the hood and he wanted to see it cleaned to really be able to assess any scratches or flaws in the paint. They did rinse it off for him, but didn't wash it at his request.

When I first placed my order over a year ago, and interacted with the salesperson, it was a relax and fun conversation. I have an account with Ford and they keep me up to date with the delivery of my Bronco. Knowing that the last day of the “estimated” delivery will be that Monday, I decided to give them a call 2 days before to check if the vehicle arrived and they confirmed it did. I was so excited to make an appointment to close the deal that Monday, and the same salesperson who placed my order was very cordial and accommodating, and again, made this transaction very fun and exciting. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone who are interested to purchase Ford vehicle to deal with Fadil and his friend Kyle, and have them cater to your needs! Why 4 stars? It’s the reflection on the failed communication from the dealership, when the vehicle was already delivered…maybe I was just too excited to see the vehicle and made the first move.

Waited two weeks for my appointment for an oil change, because that was the first available. Get there and find out that an oil change and tire rotation will take 90 minutes and cost $100. I can go to ten other places for less money and get it done in half the time with no appointment. I was about to leave but decided to try and tell the GM about my displeasure, but he was on a conference call. Asked for another manager and told one would be right over. I left after 8 minutes of waiting. Showroom had ten salespeople and three customers. I wonder why...?

Ordered running boards from AutoNation's parts department for our 2021 Bronco. When they arrived, the service department set up an appointment to install them. I arrived at the appropriate time and they installed them in about 30 minutes. It was the easiest time I have ever had at a dealership. But it get's better. The alarm had been going off intermittently over the last few weeks at night and the key fob had been getting hot just setting on the couch. Spoke to the service manager about it. They quickly took it back in and ran a diagnostic check and found the alarms were being triggered by the key fob, but since we had both with us, we didn't know which one. They suggested removing the battery from one at a time to see if the problem goes away and they did all this at NO CHARGE! I've never experienced that ever at a dealership. I will always go to AutoNation for any of my truck needs!

Constant delays in giving me any information. Finally just told me a nearly $3k price related to a recall and that they’d contact corporate for more info because of the recall. I have never heard back from them. Horrible service.

This lady just looked at me like how dare I ask for service. Blinking her fake eye lashes at me not saying anything but giving attitude with her actions. This is no way to treat a customer. In this new scary car market it can be very hard to find a dealership that doesn't markup their new cars and try to gut you for every penny. I found my experience at this dealership to be anything but. Terry in sales was honest and genuinely committed to finding the right care for us based on what we told him were important to us. Extremely nice and not pushy whatsoever and both him and the management team went above and beyond finding and acquiring the right truck from another dealer that had everything we wanted. All the way through the finance department, they worked to get us the best rate possible and exceeded our expectations. I recommend this dealership to ANYONE looking to buy a new or used car. Great experience! We were able to work out a fair deal for my trade in and the vehicle I purchased was priced well for this crazy market. The finance guys were able to get me a good interest rate and did not pressure me into anything that I didn't want. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the vehicle I traded in had 3/4 tank of gas and the vehicle I purchased was given to me close to E. Not the end of the world, but the only complaint I have. I would recommend this place to a friend and plan on using them again in the future.

I would like to say first of all that, Stephanie in customer service is the biggest and best person in customer service I have ever had the pleasure to meet. It is only because of her I went to Auto Nation. She is amazing, professional, personable and a total delight to deal with. She gets a 5 star rating. The problem I have is with the mechanic that fixed the driver’s side door. The car was returned with the handle on, but the door lock is cracked and the key lock will not turn left or right. Ergo, I can not open or lock the car. Also this is the first email I received from auto nation. The mechanic and email server gets zero stars.

I came in to purchase a 2019 mustang. After jumping through all the requirements to make a deal happen, I go to sign the final paperwork with the finance manager. I come to find out that the car was not even certified as the sales team told me. It was even advertised as so on their site. When the sales team was confronted, there was no accountability whatsoever. Instead, I was met with attempts to purchase extended warranty options and make my monthly payment higher than what was agreed upon. It was a complete waste of my time. I DO NOT recommend this autonation store, their slogan may be “no haggle” but let me tell you, what a HASSLE.

Don’t expect your car on time!!! I had an appointment scheduled on the 10th 3/10/22 it is now the 16th and I still do not have my vehicle. Not good Auto Nation Not good at all!!!! Like I say on the 10th I had a schedule appointment for a service to be performed on my vehicle they told me on the phone when making this reservation that my car would be looked at on the 10th worked on the following day and I will be able to pick it up the 12th. I was unable to get ahold of anyone that Friday or Saturday about my car. When I did bring my car in on that Thursday for the scheduled appointment they told me that the earliest they will be able to look at it will be Monday but that they will try and get to it why I tried calling Friday & Saturday. No loner or rental till my car is in repair from warranty and Monday my car was finally looked at but we are here Wednesday the 16th and still nothing they reserved a rental for me from enterprise upon arriving there enterprise had no car the most ridiculous thing every I’m still without a vehicle a week seriously and all I get is “we are sorry and we are looking into and working on it doing the best we can etc”.. in the mean time I have had to take off work lost money had to push back appointments and clients. Totally unacceptable will never use this ford auto nation again for anything!!!! & this is my short and sweet review the first one seems do have been deleted or is not being posted 🤔 again very very poor performance delivery auto nation!!!!

Stephanie in the service department, I just can’t say enough great things about this lady. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care after an issue I had that could’ve left me stranded for the week. She went out of her way to make it right, and these are the reasons that keep people coming back, people like her. Caring and kind. This Dealership is Great! Christine F. is never to busy to give top shelf customer service, even when she’s on an important call with her boss. She really cares about the customer and makes you feel important, is a credit to this location. Had several good experiences here, never a bad one. If your in the market for a Ford, highly recommend.

I have been looking at these cars for two years. Drove two hours to see it spend about 45 min going over car then test drove it .decided to buy they took it in the back for a clean up. When i come out to clear out my truck the car was parked next to the tree and the sales person was putting the plate on it drove home and a friend stopped by looking at the car and ask me did you see the dent i thought he was joking around. Called sale person and both agreed that when over the car and it was not there. Ask me to send pictures and i did. Got told that general manger was the only one that could review tapes of the back area .then it was our body guy will look and see if he fix it then I send the new pictures to sales person for the second time. then she said I told the manger (she) I did a quick walk around and sure I would of notice it. I know on the way home nothing hit the car it was not there when I looked at the car or I would of walked away as I have done for two years I am over 60 and the car was what was supposed be my dream car but now has become a nightmare and change oil and checks no less then 500 miles and change oil soon light. it seems that lets make a sale is really the name of the game

Had an appointment and they were backed up. I was told a week before my vehicle can be seen and it would be a drop-off. I don't think the other Ford service centers are any better. A courtesy call would've been nice prior to me making a 45 minute drive there. I heard that Acura and Mercedes have a pretty good service center. May purchase my next vehicle from there but it definitely will not be another Ford. They've been bad even before the pandemic so.....

My experience at first was great , Noel Garza was very professional and very helpful, he gave me a call and worked with me and gave me options and always kept me updated, Why 1 star? Because I had a rude call from Robert Kraus from financial I think and he was very pushy trying to selling me all the extras stuffs like extra warranty , the gap , road assistance all the stuffs that I already said no thank you , we’ll he got super mad and try to say my credit score was so low ,and they giving a favor and I do need get at least something of those extras and I kept saying no , and he was getting very angry about it, and he kept saying is only $15 more what is gonna hurt $10-$15 more I said no I already got my numbers worth , he ended up saying prob is too much car for you then , so I decided not to buy the car my fiancé was super mad about that situation too , but I spoke with Noel about the situation we worked out and we stayed on the numbers that we agreed upon so I ended up getting the car ( even they only gave me one key 😡)

While Coggin Ford completely let me down with nothing but lies, racism, and unprofessionalism, Auto Nation shone for me, headed by Stephanie. Where others would never have taken my car in, after I explained the horror I had with Coggin Ford, Stephanie personally reassured me that all would be ok. She drove my car in, and I had it out the next morning with all parts. As funny as this seems, Coggin Ford has STIlL not gotten the part I needed, nor have they phoned me as promised. I came in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. The technician noticed that I had a nail in my tire and they patched my tire for me for no extra cost. Unfortunately the patch didn’t hold and Autonation replaced the tire for me for free. Despite the minor setback I am very satisfied with the service from Autonation Ford. Susan my service Advisor and James the Service Manager have been great to deal with. Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. I waited 2.5 hours for it to be done. They need to schedule less services, or get more techs working, because 2.5 hours for a simple service is absurd. If I wanted to waste an entire afternoon I would have changed my oil myself. 2.5 hours is enough time to service 3-4 cars.

I found my dream vehicle on Saturday night and promised to return Sunday. I was the first one in the building @ opening and told them I had a deadline of 2:45 to be out. My sales rep, Brandy, was phenomenal to deal with, but had an issue with the finance manager. He dealt with someone before us causing us to leave later than our deadline. All we got for compensation was a “full tank” of gas. I’ve never gone to a dealership and purchased a car with a quarter tank of gas regardless if it was new or used. I was disappointed to say the least, but I love my new ride!

Really not impressed with the Service I received from Autonation Service Department. Came in for oil change was informed my 2019 F250 had a safety recall. While they where doing the oil change they said they found an oil leak on the upper oil pan. My truck is under warranty so they said they would need to keep my truck for a week. So I said okay and asked for a loaner vehicle. They informed me that there are no loaner vehicles available. So obviously I can't just be without a vehicle so they finished the oil change and sent me on my way with the understanding that they would reschedule my safety recall as well as the warranty work. After a week or so I called back, couldn't reach the manager that knew the situation. This continued for about 2 months. Worried the oil leak may lead to more serious problems I reached out to the General Manager who promptly called me back and set up my appointment. Well I showed up for my appointment and the took the truck and put me in a loaner vehicle. As soon as I left the dealership the gas light came on... which really made me feel as if they didn't much care about the customer. Well fast forward two and a half days I get the message my Truck is ready. So I show up, drop off the loaner and they pull my truck up. Grabbed my keys and I'm back on the road. I stop at the grocery to grab water and open the tailgate BAM. The entire trim on the tailgate falls off. Apparently the tech who did the safety recall on the tailgate broke off more than half the clips that hold it on. Further investigating reveals the tech also stripped the heads of two bolts. None of this was properly fixed before giving the vehicle back which further showed me the lack of consideration and attention to detail and craftsmanship. I drove back to the dealership and they did seem apologetic and said they would order the necessary parts. I guess we will see.

This place seems to always forget my warranty so I am always responsible for remembering what I paid for although it should state it in their system. In the past, they tried to charge me $800 for something engine related, I almost swiped my card and then remembered that it should be covered by warranty, and they said “oh yeah”. Why is it my job to keep track of all this when you have computers that should tell you what the vehicle has by just giving it the VIN number?

Please read!!!! I paid for services I DID NOT RECEIVE. This review would be most appropriate if I could post negative stars. I have been using this service department for over 2 years on a new Ford 250 diesel truck. I dropped it off 1/5/2022 for oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I picked it up later that day and noticed while filling it up that there were no hand prints or evidence that they removed the tires for a rotation. My wheels were extremely dirty from break dust so it was apparent that nobody touched the wheels. When I realized that, I got pretty frustrated and wondered if they even changed my oil. Oil filter was dirty, oil on dipstick was black, so I contacted the dealership and told them what I had realized. There response was bring it back and we will fix it. Like hell I’m going to bring my truck back there after this big of a lie!! Took my truck to another dealership next day, they confirmed that the oil had not been changed and tires not rotated. THEY ARE CHARGING FOR SERVICE THEY ARE NOT DOING!!!

These are some of the best car dealers I have EVER worked with. I put in a reservation for my Bronco back in summer 2019. I waited patiently for a long time to order one. There was a mess up on Ford's end with the ordering process. Doug L easily fixed that for me and my order was put in exactly how I wanted it to be. After much time went on, I stopped in to check on my order one day. Doug was there and pointed me in the direction of a Bronco they had available for me to purchase. Mike H then helped me along with the purchasing process. I was indifferent about the soft top and the noise. He let me drive it for 2 days to be absolutely sure that it was what I wanted. Well, it was and I purchased the vehicle and the process was so smooth and these men made it so easy. Car buying all by myself as a young 25 year old female was so easy because of these guys! Great deal for my used car and even better deal for the brand new Bronco. Shay in finance was AMAZING. I cannot say enough great things about him. He was very personable and treated me very well when it came to financing my vehicle. Autonation Ford Jacksonville is the place to buy a car! In November of 2021 AutoNation Ford Jacksonville sold me a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and failed to disclose to me a problem with the EVAP system. The check engine light comes on less than a mile away from their dealership and it was almost impossible to fill with gas. It has been in their service shop 5 times and once for a period of 15 days and they have failed to fix the problem. They are not offering me a rental car to drop it off a 5th time knowing that I live over an hour away. AutoNation has failed to live up to their advertisement of “providing a rigorous 50 point safety inspection insuring that you and your family have peace of mind knowing your purchasing a safe and reliable vehicle .” I am not confident there are not more serious issues hidden.

On December 16 I was in Jacksonville passing through on my way to Virginia. On a whim, I decided to stop by a Ford dealer in order to find out what they could do for me. I had about a year left on my 3 year lease and wanted to find out about trading it in for a newer better model. I first stopped at Duval Ford and while I was received well, the individual that attended me wasn't interesting in fulfilling my needs and wants in anyway whatsoever. His only interest was trying to sell me a Ford Edge off of his sales floor. I was extremely disappointed. I left, got into my 2020 Ford Explorer XLT and was about to continue my journey to Virginia. While leaving the parking lot, I decided to pull over and see if there was another Ford dealer near by. I found Autonation Ford on Google maps and decided to call them. I young gentleman by the name of Jacob answered my call. I explained to him that I was interested in trading in my lease for another lease and that I wanted to see what they could do for me. He asked me some questions, got my name and # and said that even though he didn't have what I was looking for on their lot, that he had over 300 locations to source what I wanted. He said he'd send me an email to fill out regarding my current lease and then get back to me. I received the email in less than a minute. I was shocked at how willing he was to help me. I was so pleased with his efforts that I decided to drive strait to him and meet him in person. I arrived at Autonation Ford and went inside. I was welcomed with open arms and treated like royalty. I met Jacob, spoke with him briefly and he sat me down with Milani. Milani went out of her way to find what I wanted. Unfortunately the car I wanted was about a hundred miles away and as it was already the evening, there was no way to get the car I wanted the same day, but they could have the car here the next day. By this time, I was already tired from my long drive up from Miami, and decided to get a hotel to stay the night. Milani personally drive down to pick up the car and bring it to me so that we could finish the deal. So, by now it's the 17th of December, I've seen the new car and decided to move forward with the new lease. Time to talk with the finance guy. I was attended by a gentleman by the name of Shay. He was extremely informative and explained everything in a way that I could understand what he was talking about. He took his time with me to make sure I understood him. He gave me different options and scenarios to which I was able to make a very comfortable educated decision. After everything had been done and settled, I ended up with a much better new and upgraded 2022 Ford Explorer XLT and now pay about $9 less per month than I was paying for my old 2020 Ford Explorer XLT. I am more than pleased with the personal care and service I received from these 3 particular individuals at Autonation Ford in Jacksonville. Very late last night, I called Jessica at AutoNation Ford, and left a message that I needed to bring in my husband's Explorer, for evaluation of some electrical problems. I was worried that we might not be able to get this evaluated before Christmas, which would mean some re-arrangement of plans. At 6 this morning, Jessica called and said to bring the car in and they would work on it! And it was repaired and got my husband back to work, and us back on schedule for the holidays! I had very frustrating experience. Last month (Nov_2021) I took my SUV for service at AutoNation Ford Philips highway due to a coolant fluid leak. Their initial check ($99) confirmed need to replace the heater. I called every day and Andre never called back therefore I visited the dealer every day to follow-up. Andre never was clear on the car status or progress. They kept the car for 4 days, do not replace the heater, and only replace hoses. After I questioned the service, representatives and the Manger were confused; never saw Andre again. Andre said they had parts in-house but the Manager said they have to order parts; they could not even keep the same version. They recommended to have other parts replaced for mechanical issues not related to my visit. They also recommended a maintenance that was already performed. $1,300 + bill for changing hoses in less than 4 hrs is highly overpriced. Don’t waste your time and money! 😠

I take a great deal of care of making sure my car is clean when I bring it into the dealership, as I know techs don’t like to work on dirty vehicles. I also understand the whoever worked on my Explorer needed additional leverage to reach the roof rack, and may not have had a ladder. However, using the door frame as a step stool and NOT wiping it down afterwards is not acceptable!

I took an older car in because there was an electrical issue. All and all, the issue got resolved, but it took almost 4 weeks. In that time, I was once told the car was ready when it wasn't, so I drove up there with a friend to get the car just to be told I needed to figure out how to get a copy of the key on my own. I drove all over town trying to find someone who could cut the key. I was never called with a status, I had to call daily. My rep was Andre and he was nice, but unresponsive even when I begged him to call me with a status and he only did it two of the days. I finally called to complain and was told my car was ready. I have no idea how long it sat there fixed. While I was never charged, they never fixed the wiper hoses I asked to be fixed. I can say the car is fixed, but I do believe the service department should focus on delivering a higher level of service if they expect repeat business.

Beware this is the worst place of ever had to do business with they will ignore your calls after taking your car into service and never fix the problems you have even when they are covered on warranty after ignoring my call over and over again all week I have to go in and surprise them in the office and even then I get awnsers. They had my van certified pre-owned I bought from them for over a month and a half it had a bad shaking problem and they said they fixed it and gave it back to me but it still had the same problem so I returned it back to them it's been one more month since then they won't answer my calls the managers phone goes to voicemail I called headquarters they said that y'all lied when y'all told me I couldn't get a rental and then they got disconnected and won't answer worst company ever.

Brandy was so easy to work with! Since we don’t live in the area, we did most everything remotely, from negotiating to completing necessary paperwork. The sales floor and facilities were clean and the people were friendly. The ‘in person’ paperwork took a bit longer than it needed, with some redundancy in the forms and information. Was hopeful, the planning and pre-work would have mitigated the time needed in person, but we were there for two hours with test driving and paperwork. Overall, I will recommend to friends!

Probably never going back to AN Ford. Every time I bring in my truck for service, it's another Thousand dollars or more. I brought in my 2010 F-150 for a heater core leak. I know enough about mechanics that they were going to have to remove my entire dash to replace the core and hoses. What Makes me SO MAD is every time I bring it in, they "find something else"...I was told by the service writer, that along with core and hoses, the mechanic recommends that I also replace the water pump and thermostat. Total for the work is estimated at $2800.00. I explained to the writer that my truck has never run hot, has had the coolant flushed as a scheduled maintenance, so why should I replace something that isn't broken? I instructed them to leave my water pump and Thermostat alone. He then proceeds to tell me that they noticed moisture around the AC condenser and recommends that I replace that too, because it could be leaking...That would be another $1000.00 if I elect to do so. I explained, my AC is running fine and blows very cold and why should I replace something that isn't broken? - Checked and verified that there isn't anything wrong. He then proceeds to tell me the mechanic found a small transmission leak and I should consider replacing the seals and and trans flush...That would be another $1000.00 - Checked and verified there was nothing wrong... He then proceeds to tell me about a leaky pinion seal (they fixed once before) and that would be about $700.00 OMFG!!!!....Checked and verified there was nothing wrong with this either. So, before I go back there where they feel the need to rape me with add-ons and up-charges, I'll take my business elsewhere.

took my car in for a recall on the door locks and other recall drop my car off in a Wednesday morning got a call 6 hours later that they did not have the parts and they was out of stock. then was told by their services tech to come pick up my car that the passenger side door would not close I can drive it like that or buy a new car was told Ford doesn't put people in Rentals or loaners but mind you it's a recall on a Ford car. They services tech was horrible. I had to call customer service to get help and they had to put me in a rental and to rush order the parts called me 15 days later to pick up my car and I sat waiting 2 hours at the dealership when they called me at 7:45 am to pick up my car and I went when I got off work at 2:30 pm. when I got there I was told they can't find my car by the same services tech I had previously had that tried to talk to the other tech as if I was not standing there. horrible experience 😪

Took my car in for coolant level issue and a valve cover gasket leak. The Cost to repair a heater hose leak and replace one valve cover gasket was almost $2000 which is ridiculous not to mention what they call a tuneup is just replacing 4 $5 spark plugs for $215. And they charge me $168 just for diagnostic fees. Yuck ? Don?t ever go there for service.

I live in Tampa and did the transaction over the phone and online. The car I bought had very low miles and had a lot of special features that I couldn't find anywhere else. Today's online tools make these transactions a lot easier. I sold my car locally to a dealer with a Kelley Blue Book cash offer. I had been approved with a bank that was one of the dealerships banking partners so financing was very easy. We rented a one-way car, drove up the night before and stayed at the beach. We made a special occaision out of the trip. The next morning we met our salesman at the dealership, they had had the car prepped and ready to go. We test drove the car, it was everything we were promised. We then went into the finance office, this is the good part, the deal was exactly what we had discussed on the phone and in our emails. I had my cashiers check for the down payment and the out the door price is what we had agreed to before I drove up. Not a penny more, no upselling no hassles, no problems. Just a very smooth, seamless transaction. I would buy from this dealership again.

Got my car there about a year ago. Horrible customer service. No one knows what they are doing. Spoke to several different people and they all told me different things. I have my car under warranty but was told they didn’t want to work on it because it’s not a Ford but didn’t tell me where to go that’s under the warranty I purchased through them. Made appointments and wasted time going to only be turned away again. When you walk in you stand there and wait before anyone even acknowledges you. Rude and Horrible customer service. I scheduled in advance for the routine Maintenance Plan oil change and wheel rotation. In addition, my truck had two "Faults" displayed in my dash that needed to be checked and cleared, that information was also given when I made the appointment. I arrived at the Service Center, no one came out to greet me at my truck. I had to walk in and announce my arrival for my appointment. This is the only dealership service center that I've been to that no one comes out to greet you. Almost 2 hours later, someone comes to me in the customer lounge area to tell me that my truck was ready, but there is "some bad news". The oil change and wheel rotation were done, but they were unable to diagnose the two displayed "Faults" because their equipment wasn't working. So basically, it took them almost 2 hours to change oil and rotate wheels with a scheduled appointment. No one bothered to come tell me in advance that the equipment wasn't working for the "Faults". On top of that, no car wash was offered, nor did they attempt to vacuum out my truck as part of the service. Other dealerships offer that, why doesn't your dealership offer that? I had to leave with the 2 "Faults" still being displayed. I live a good distance from your dealership. I drove pass 2 other dealerships to get to yours. What a very disappointing experience, total "Lack of Service".

Brought my coupon in for $39.99 "Works" (Oli change /Tire Rotation). Upon completion the bill came to $69.51. I was told they don't offer the Works Package anymore. I received the coupon in the mail the previous week and an email the night before the appointment with the same coupon with the Auto Nation Header. Stephanie was pleasant trying to deal with this issue. I was refunded the difference after asking to speak with the service manager. Also, my SUV had a muddy foot print on the door and the jam and greasy palm prints on the hood.

Made a trip a few times to get information about buying a lease. Spoke to the manager and leasing manager. The day I actually came in to take care of business was horrible. I had to wait for a sales person as he went to get them water. Then I was being charged for a tag that we had and transferred when we got the least. I told them at the beginning that I want to go through Vy Star, he promised a better rate. So something that should have taken an hours took four hours. Then they came back with a deal from VyStar. The business manager treated me like he was doing me a favor. The sales person stayed out most of the time as I was not happy. Still waiting for the registration they promised the day after I would NOT recommend this Ford as they was no incentives and the customer service was not good. The General Manager I met prior to this day walked by me with our even saying Hi. Even if he did not remember who I was that is a common courtesy. Reminds me of the service department where Stephanie had a sign that states her ultimate goal is good customer service. She ignored me for five minutes then when she tried to help she could not find the appointment. She was rude and did not even look me in the face. I said if I was a docent color she would treat me better like the customer before me. She starting attacking me and I asked for another person. The neat person, a young African American lady was nice and pull up the information right away. The next day we were running late so she enabled me to pick up the car after hours. She was customer focused. It’s hard to believe that in a pandemic when few people are making the effort to actually go to a car dealer is treated so badly. There was no incentive or discount. Only an extension on the current lease. I still got charged a car tag fee though less. Paul Pilblad an ex employee recommended you and even spoke to the managers Unhappy customer.

This was one of the best car buying experiences of my life. Noel our salesman was perfect in every way. He was low key and very knowledgeable on our car. He couldn’t have been better. His sales manager Jacob was also very helpful and very nice. Neither had the typical traits of a car salesman that we encountered at many of the other dealerships. I am generally not a fan of dealerships servicing my car or parting with my money for any reason . I feel AN Ford in Jacksonville has always been honest and fair with me on the multiple occasions I came in for service. The turnaround time for diagnostics is good if you expectations are reasonable. And yes, the price is high as you would expect , but they are usually right about the problem the first time, which is not generally my experience elsewhere. Out of convenience, I sometimes use them instead of my personal mechanic since I have a very used mustang. But if you really must know the problem, they figure it out.

If you need any servicing done to your vehicle, I would strongly suggest finding another dealership. Had my truck for 3 weeks before any work was actually completed. Kept blaming in on shipping of parts. First shipment, part was broken, next shipment they discovered more parts needed to be ordered, then the final shipment took a week to even be received. Never was offered to pay for overnight shipping even though it is available. Service Manager is useless and several customer representatives have no clue what is covered under extended warranties or recalls issued from Ford. Stay clear of this service department!

Bought a used car from AutoNation Ford Jacksonville back in Sept/Oct 2020. Paid in full, and the first service for tire rotation and oil change WAS included (stated in my paperwork, my father was there with me and he remembers). Went ahead and scheduled the appointment for January 2021, I show up and they don’t have it anywhere in their system saying that it is a prepaid service. The employees were very nice and patient with me as I looked through my paperwork and found the paper that says it was paid for when we bought the car but they couldn’t accept that as proof? I live out of state and since I drove all the way there I had to pay for the service to be done. I will be contacting Customer Service and having this issue resolved, and not returning to this company for car service in the future.

Excellent service from an already busy service department. My truck threw a engine check code and I found it to be related to a matter which did not recommend further driving. I took it in for a diagnosis to get a timeline for repairs expecting it to take days. The service writer was right on it. Got me in right away for evaluation for in about one hour for diagnosis said they could take care of it in the am and have me back in my truck the next day. More than I expected.

I am a customer at this Ford dealership since 2008 before it became Autonation Ford, I purchased three new cars that were always and still being serviced by this dealership. This time I was very disappointed with the service, I came in for my oil change and tire rotation on the Taurus, when I got the car back the interior was filthy with oily fingerprints, and the car was pulling hard to the right, after checking the tires none of them had the correct tire pressure of 32 PSI, the pressure varied from tire to tire, 25, 27, 28 PSI, this made the car unsafe on the highway. This not acceptable, I think it is time to look for a different dealership.

I have nothing but words of praise for the good folks over at AutoNation Ford Jacksonville! I recently visited the dealership because they were the only ones in Jacksonville who had the blacked-out Pony package color combination that I was looking for in my next Mustang. I?ve been buying cars since I was in my early 20s so I?m not easily persuaded to purchase a vehicle by a salesperson, by any means. If I encountered ANY poor customer service, rudeness, neglect by the staff, or anything where I didn?t feel appreciated as a customer, my intentions were to simply test drive the vehicle and take my business elsewhere. By the time I visited AutoNation Ford Jacksonville, I had already consulted with many of the other Ford dealerships in the Jacksonville area (Bozard, Duval, Coggin, Mike Shad, etc.) and none of the personnel at these places seemed as though they weren?t even trying to earn my business! I even spoke with Mulligan?s Ford down in Orlando and the salesperson I spoke with there just passed me off to their website and seriously did nothing else to earn my business. My last-ditch effort at even entertaining the thought of purchasing a new Mustang was to RSVP with AutoNation Ford to test drive one of their Mustangs with the exact color combination and technical specs that I wanted in my Mustang. Within a few minutes of expressing an interested online, a manager from the dealership called me on my phone to arrange a test drive. At the dealership, Noel Garza was assigned as my salesperson and I couldn?t be more satisfied! Noel is not the pushy type and did not exhibit the pushy car salesman stereotype that I?ve come to expect from my past experiences! He was very easy going and answered my questions to the best of his ability and treated me with the respect of an adult who can make his own informed decisions with him there to assist when needed! Respect like this towards their customers goes a long way with me and, long story short, I ended up walking out of that dealership with a new 2020 Mustang! The dealership manager even walked out to personally thank me for my business and expressed their continued support even after purchase should I ever need ANY assistance with my new vehicle! The finance guy was great as I had my own financing walking into the office and he never pressured me into any sort of up-selling situation. I wish I were better with remembering names, but I only recall Noel?s name so my apologies for that. My wife had recently purchased her Mustang from another dealership and commented on our way out that she wishes she had made her purchase at AutoNation Ford instead after our experience there! Kudos to AutoNation Ford Jacksonville for setting a high standard in how to treat and deal with their customers! If anyone out there is looking for a vehicle, I strongly suggest you visit AutoNation Ford FIRST and then compare the service you get with that of other dealerships!

They didn?t reset my oil reader and they didn?t put Air in any of my tires. My tires were down to 27 PSI so I had to put my own air in.

Brand new car. Received it with two miles. In two weeks 2000 miles are now on it. Radio went out about a week ago, brought it in for service and of course they had to order a new one! This is a brand new car, I live in this car. I suffer everyday no music, nothing. I have done a little research and this is a problem they have all the time, so its nothing new for ford. How frustrated would you be in your brand new car with no radio, with a job that requires you to almost live in it? Now my wife won't go anywhere with no music and my kids would rather walk home or ride a bus even with a pandemic going on. Also are you telling me your fresh out of 2020 escape suvs on your lot that you couldn't borrow the part. Now I will be in Georgia all day tomorrow and maybe the next day, could not adjust my plans because they couldn't even tell me when the radio was coming in. There was no mention of a protocol for social distancing, vehicle sanitizing or masks. The service area for the customer is so small distancing is difficult. Employees sitting/standing behind the desk without masks or hanging on thier necks. Feet up reading their phones. Customers without masks and nothing was said. Car came back from service area with no hint of sanitizing. It just appears Autonation doesn't care at all about the current COVID 19 situation. They had always been so good overall in the past (except for a recent strut problem on a new vehicle that took multiple trips) It was eventually resolved. I was looking for a Nissan Altima SR and I contacted Autonation Ford and was out in touch with Jacob Rothman. He was very professional during the whole process. I went on the website and found the one I wanted but it was in Clearwater Florida. I told Jacob and he told me that they could go get it and bring it to Jacksonville. Mike in the Service Department. I needed a new door handle for my Ranger. Mike used the VIN to look up the exact part. It wasn't in stock, but Mike said he could get it by Tuesday. Wow! Even better, he was able to send me an invoice via email, and I completed the transaction (pre-pay) in less than a minute. It's refreshing to discover an organization in a traditional industry embrace digital processes to serve the customer. Thanks for making it easy. See you on Tuesday!

I've purchased 2 cars from this dealership and had a great experience both times. We recently brought one of those cars in for a recall and were asked if we were interested in an appraisal. Having no interest in selling our car I said "no." Myka English did the appraisal anyhow. Trust is hard to come by in the car business. It is built on integrity and treating a customer right. Today this dealership lost my trust.

Built a truck on Ford's website then sent it to the dealer. The manager there found the truck I was looking for within the hour and had it brought up from 6hrs away for the next day. The floor salesman who helped us out was knowledgeable and pleasant and did a great job getting us taken care of. Will be back in the future for a new Bronco

I brought in my truck for a check engine light and a recall. Service was fine for the recall, but when it came to the diagnostic and quote things fell apart. The only information I was given was ?valve/transducer? with $420 for parts $470 for labor total cost $950. After talking with the manager the quote was reduced to $670 and I was given the part number that were to be replaced. Looking into the parts ($180 total) the adjusted quote now made sense, but how do you trust their estimate of labor. They were polite and professional, but it didn?t really make a difference at that point. I won?t be doing business with them again and couldn?t in good conscious recommend them.

My daughter bought a vecle from this dealership. First the car price dropped and they tried to recoup by no offereing the 90 day warranty and selling it instead. They sold her a car with problems with the air conditioner. They new the a/c was not good. They fied it enough to rive it off the lot. Bad Bad business....Don't use.

I came in for the 54, 000 mile maintenance. I was told that the oil change and rotation of tires would be done in an hour to an hour and a half. Being a vulnerable 70 year old, I was forced to wait in their waiting room listening to Faux News with others (unmasked) that may have been infected with the COVID-19 for my service to be done. (Please Note that NO offer to pick-up my vehicle was made when I made the appointment.)There was also in addition to the oil change and tire rotation, a multi point inspection in which they found the engine air filter "needing attention" because it was dirty. I was told it would be changed at the NEXT visit (being past the Warranty) where I would have to pay for the filter. If something is "needing attention" Why are they putting it off ? I am not happy.

I needed to have my headliner repaired and Ford and AutoNation were outstanding helping work out an solution even though my Ford is 2014. My customer assistant, Laura, was the best. She assisted with some of the liaison with Ford in Detroit and getting the correct supplies here in a timely fashion especially considering the virus shutdowns. In addition, the gentleman who performs these repairs is outstanding and very talented. Thank you Laura for making this go smoothly. You are a true professional. I will never go back to Auto Nation Ford. They were not friendly or pleasant from the beginning. I almost did not buy the car because of their lack of friendliness. I caved in and bought the car. Doug did not even say goodbye after I finished signing and everything was done. He just walked away, which was extremely rude. Then, as I am driving home, I realize the car is almost on empty. They did not even make sure there was a full tank of gas before I left. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout the process.

I just left this!!! We bought a 2015 Toyota Sequoia December 2019. Heard a noise after driving car off the lot. To make a long story short, my husband has had the car back 5 times in a month, they said they would take care of any problem, after finally driving the car yesterday, and finding the front bearings bad, the dealership now refuses to fix the problem. Five trips, cost of gas, and no repair. Buyer beware. We have bought many used cars in the past 40 years. Very bad experience. And I understand the repair manager is no longer there.

Good buying experience..Salesman and Manager were top rated. They did not have the car that I wanted but within 48 hrs had my car for a test drive. The deal was reasonable and the trade in value on my old car was better than other dealers offered. I would definitely purchase another car from this dealership. The car itself exceeded my expectations...the 2020 hybrid is delivering...with all the buttons and whistles. For a cash sale the process to as long as a financed loan sale.

We are from Texas and have been traveling for over 2 months. Our car?s engine light came on and we took it into AutoNation Ford Jacksonville. Our experience from the first moment we stepped in the door was exceptional thanks to our interaction with your team member Stephanie. She immediately took ownership of our issue , our car was taken in the shop within minutes and she and the mechanic came to talk with us with half an hour of coming in. Unfortunately, we needed a new engine . Again, thanks to Stephanie we left with a rental car and a promise to have our car back in 3 weeks. Took my vehicle in for its first oil change and a seat belt issue. Got done. I asked don’t you wash the vehicles when your done? I was told only if you ask for it. Ok fine. I had to bring my vehicle back, in a week for the seatbelt issue. I asked for it to be washed. After 3 hours the vehicle comes out totally wet. Windows were not washed. Look like all they did was wet it down. Now in the scheme of things that’s not a big deal, but as a first time customer, that’s an indication of the type of service they perform. I will not be back.

I hunted a gentleman who sold me a car when he was working for another dealership and located him at Autonation. I explained to him what happened (car accident, insurance totaled the vehicle, but have GAP coverage). He asked me what I was looking to buy, lo and behold, there was such a vehicle on their lot. I've had my explorer in for 2 recalls and 2 repairs at Auto Nation on Phillips and their service department has been phenomenal each time, specifically. Laura Stevens. If you have to go in for any reason, ask for her. Also repaired free of charge rear door latches when they malfunctioned 3 days after the sale. They provided a free shuttle service when you drop a car for service.

I took my 21 year old Ford Explorer Sport with a 5 speed manual in for clutch replacement and a leaking valve gasket. While the parts were on their way, hurricane Dorian was approaching also. We purchased a certified preowned king ranch F250 a little over 5 months ago. It has been "repaired" by Ford five times and is now experiencing yet another issue. We do not have a reliable family car due to their lack of inspection before selling this truck to us. I have been in frequent contact with the GM and his resolution is to continue to bring this truck to them for repairs. I am sorry, I purchased a new vehicle to not deal with the hassle of having it in the shop each month. I did not intend to spend that much money and then not be able to use the truck I bought. We were sold a truck under false pretenses, and a false sense of security. Their claim of "certified beyond ordinary expectations" is completely untrue, as no one expects their car to be in the shop immediately after purchase. Their attitude about selling us this faulty vehicle is terrible, and while we have purchased cars from this location since they were Mike Shad, we will never shop there again. And I would advise others to do the same. As this seems like quite the scam.

I drove up from Clearwater beach area last night to pick up a car and trade mine in that I found online. This was the best experience I have EVER encountered! Doug Hastings was texting me all day with a quick response when i was working and i had questions. Oh and to top it off it was during the preparation of hurricane Doran and no one had gas but when i asked if they can make sure i have a full take they drove around to find a station that had some. We drove home 4 hours last night with our new car are were o pleased with Doug, Rick Davis, Josh Maloney and the overall experience. And they close at 9pm which we showed up at 8:55pm and they were so kind to say they would wait for us to come... I will think of them on our next purchase. It’s not about the 4 hour travel!

My wife and I needed a car and we had a few weeks to get it. We were not in dire need as we were in the pass plus our experiences had not been good. My friend Paul recommended the Ford at the Avenues but we were hesitant. However he contacted the general manager and make a contact for us. We went there and initially was give the standard greeting. My wife reached out to Christine and she hand picked Mike for us. Mike took us back to the office and chatted for a while. We did not want to play games and made that clear. Mike was very professional and empathetic about our situation. He walked out to the car lot in the rain and return with the sign and the deal. He told about the best deal they had without the hands. We looked at another car but we went back to the first offer. It was a little out of what we wanted to pay but with a down payment and a better interest rate, we closer to what we wanted. Christine was calm and excellent and wanted to make sure we did not have a bad experience. We picked the car the next day and both Christine and Mike followed through on their promise. We even took it down by 6 months in financing as the interest was lower. They got the color my wife wanted and plan to take care of the side door that did not look too new for a new car. This group was attentive and kudos to Brad and his select team to make our experience better. I thanked Paul for recommending them as well. So far we are happy with the car. I had my 2017 Ford Escape serviced today for a long road trip. Oil change, rotated tires and engine air filter changed and it was done in a little over an hour. I would caution anyone from using this dealership. They are great at selling you vehicles but HORRIBLE at helping you once you sign! Their service department is horrendous. You literally cannot speak to any of the service techs. You can leave message upon message and no one will ever call you back. All you can speak to are the operators who can only assist you in making an appointment. I've had my brand new expedition in there 6 times in the past 8 months. And 5 of those 6 visits were for the same issue that no one was willing to actually fix for me. My latest issue was visit #6. I was told 2 weeks ago by "John" to call him if my issue continues. Well I've called him 3 times in the past 10 days and no call back. I call the main service line and John is always with a customer. The operators leave messages, still no call back. When asked to speak to a manager, the manager is "out" and they cannot answer when he will be back. I received a call from Laurie yesterday to help with my concerns however again I've left her two messages and no answer. Called the main number and she's "out." DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Once you purchase that vehicle all their customer service is out the window and you will spend months of being frustrated. I just called autonation ford of Orange Park and was very easily transfered to one of their service techs. He was concerned about my issue, vowed to fix it and even set me up with a loaner vehicle as he empathized with the challenge of bringing an 11 month old to sit at a dealership all day. Thank you Tommy. Autonation Ford Orange Park will have my business going forward, despite being much further from my house.

Service department is not people friendly. You are a burden. Communication poor. They say it will take two hours for a diagnosis and want $70 for that. Two hours later, your car has not even made it into the service bay. And they knew I was waiting for it. And this was an 0800 appointment! Service Dept opened at 0700. Shuttle driver not even mentioned as an option, Service Rep looked like she just came in from doing exercises. Everyone else in uniform. Service Checkin Area Forces you to get out of car to go inside and try to find your Rep who can’t be found. Service manager can’t be found! General manager in a meeting, but he did finally come out to accept complaint! Price to fix a tire sensor.. $250. If the service was that good I would consider it! NOT! Go elsewhere. Auto Nation while having revamped their facility, needs to get the right kind of people there. This has been an issue for over 3-5 years. Epic Failure! AGAIN!! Something is off about the energy of this place. Sales folks were friendly.

I absolutely hate oil changes and tire rotations as most of the time, it is a 3 hour ordeal. I have not used AutoNation before for service so I begrudgingly took my F150 in for it's 20k mile review. I set up the appointment through the website which was very easy to do. Jessica greeted me early that day and I have to say that her attitude and service was outstanding. She called me twice during the process to let me know the status along with information regarding a recall I had on my truck. I had my 2017 mustang gt serviced at Phillips highway auto nation . Service dept was number one ... they checked everything. Not happy that my rear tires need to be replaced at only 8600 miles, I an not a racer. At 72 years of age I do enjoy having a car that will get up and go but I am nit a tire burner. I had trouble with my transmission on my 2012 Ford Focus and it happened instantly. My regular service provider told me to call Ford Autonation, I had my car towed and was afraid of a very high repair bill. They researched it and did all the diagnostics before they repaired it then informed me Ford would repair it free of cost. I couldn't believe my ears, the staff was excellent from the very first call to the day I picked the car up. They couldn't have been more courteous, patient in explaining the problem and the time frame to repair it. Honestly, I lost almost everything I had in Hurricane Irma but if there had been a charge I would have gladly paid it. The employees in all areas of FordAutonation were beyond excellent. I dont understand how this truck made it to the lot to be sold. The 1st time I took it back they had to do an estimated job of 3900.00 worth of work to it. I ask for a clean bill of health for the car, the gave me the paper work that everything was fine. A week later the later the truck was back in the shop it needs th be rewired. I know most of your sales are financed but not being able to process a check, even after hours for a cash-paying customer meant that we had to make another trip in the next day. That was another 7 hours of driving. Is that really what you want to do to cash customers? But everything else was perfect, personnel, facilities, knowledge, all of it was great. All of the people we interfaced with during the process of buying our new Edge vehicle, were very friendly , helpful, and went out of their way to make sure all our questions were answered. They we were very efficient in processing the paperwork needed to buy the vehicle. They searched all available inventory in Florida to find the vehicle we wanted. We had to turn in 2 Ford leased vehicles before buying our new vehicle. They processed the lease-end paperwork very quickly. Our sales consultant, Rob Busch, was very considerate and knowledgeable making us feel very comfortable during our visit to Auto Nation Ford on Philips Highway, Jacksonville. I would recommend Rob to anyone wanting to visit a Ford dealer.

I worked with Rob Bush and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that I was happy with my purchase. I will be telling every one about how great he is and how he made sure that I was a priority and did not try to sales pitch me. He was open and honest from the get go worked within my budget and I left extremely happy and will be keeping my business with them because of him. I was met at the scheduled time by Susan, the service manager, who ensured my truck was immediately taken to the service stall for service. It was returned within a half hour with all services completed as stated on the Works coupon. The newly refurbished waiting facilities must be one of the best in Jacksonville, with instant internet access, charging jacks, full coffee/drink/snack service and a large TV viewable from every seat. Great visit!

I don't think calling once a week for an update is unreasonable but she won't even return my phone call! 2 days later after no return call I e-mail her...no response to that either. 2 days after that another phone call and I AGAIN left a voicemail. She finally sends me a cursory e-mail with no details other than "we are working on it". I can't even talk to her to discuss other possible options I have. Not only is this horrendous customer service but where is the decency in ignoring someone like that? I will have to physically present myself at their service center to get any kind of answer. Never again...stay away!!!

One week out I scheduled for an oil change, 3 recalls, and a noise that was knocking from the rear axel. When I arrived James rudely let me know that he only had me down for an oil change and nothing else and that his bay and service field were full for today. I took the day off from work to have this stuff completed that the lady on the phone taking my appointment told me would be completed today. When I mentioned the knocking coming from the back of the axel and differential James told me "It must not be anything as I have never had this problem on other trucks." Well my truck sounds like crap when I turn so I'll be making that appt soon for Ford to fix their truck. If I have 3 recalls in less than a year i'm sure there are other issues with a $40k truck. I will be taking my truck and future car buying to another dealership.

Great place to shop for a used or new vehicle. We came here looking for a used vehicle and the buying process was quick and straight forward. The sales rep that helped us was named Jerry. I drove out with a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL, but I noticed some vibration issues, brought the vehicle back a day later and they are quick to fix any issues.

Been to AutoNation Ford Jacksonville twice in last 2 weeks. 1st was battery gone dead. That was the problem so they put a new battery in under warranty. 2nd trip in was battery light coming on , so they checked it out and found problem was cable and sensor so they replaced it also under warrenty. The people here (Laura Stevens) are all very nice and would surely come back.

When I was buying the car( doing paperwork), I asked why I should pay that $93 for Roadside Assist( I am already an AAA member), Richard Owens( I don't know his title) said it is included, so I agreed to pay the total. But when I got home and have more time to read more carefully all these paper, I found on Service Contract it says " it's not a requirement for the purchase." So he gave me the wrong information. I really do not need double Road Protection. Aside from that , it was a nice experience.

This was the worst car buying experience ever. From me finding the vehicle to have it shipped to Jacksonville to leaving the lot. I did the legwork to find the vehicle, the car took 12 days to arrive after i was told it would be only 3-4. I only received 1 call on the status of delivery after my deposit. The salesperson in charge of my deal, was terrible in the communication department. She did nothing to satisfy me as a customer. The car arrived on a Sunday, so after arriving for my appointment on Monday, I spent 4 hours waiting for the car to be detailed. They claimed that the car was given the 100 pt inspection (I didn't believe it) and only offered me a verbal "Yea, it was done". The sales manager never made any contact with me after getting my deposit for the vehicle 12 days prior. Everybody at this dealership took a "We got our money, who cares approach". Unfortunately, I had given them a non refundable deposit, so I was going to purchase the vehicle. So yes, I have told everybody I know about my terrible experience with this dealership.

I purchased a Audi A4, and on the 2nd day after I had driven the car off the lot, the engine light came on. I immediately sent an email to the salesman and advised him of my concern. He responded and we set up an appointment for the coming Monday at 7am for the car to be dropped off for service, a rental car was arranged for me along with a $50 deposit I had to pay, but I was refunded once the car was returned. I was initially told it would be two days before I got my car back, but it took a week. Once I was notified that my car was ready I returned the rental and picked up my car, as soon as I drove off the lot, the engine light came back on. I immediately turned around and showed one the salesman the light and explained what happened, I also took a picture of the light and forwarded it the salesman that helped me. Another appointment was made, I’m currently waiting for my car

Susan Gunnell is an excellent service writer. Very eager to provide the best service to her customers. There are two suggestions that I have. 1) invest in a car wash. Other Ford dealers offer this service. It is a real plus. 2) Instruct shuttle driver to take customers going to work before taking customer home. My driver toke a woman to her house prior to taking anyone to work. People going to work should be the priority.

Service went fine. Took a little longer than expected but what was a hugh disappointment was the amount of grease left on my running board, side of seat, and floor mat. I was in a hurry to leave due to a storm brewing or I would have asked AutoNation to clean up their mess. SHOE BOOTIES, RUBBER GLOVES AND PAPER FLOOR MATS should be used by the mechanics when driving the customer's car.

It's been less than a week the vehicle I purchased had on 11,770 miles on it .we noticed the tires on the front where worn in the center i message the GM he told me they inspected the tires..Well it's the alignment and the two front tires. he sends me a email with a so called inspection doesn't match the jeep dealerships inspection..Also claims although he can't pay for the tires he will reimburse me the alignment.. My husband and I received excellent service from AutoNation Ford last week. My husband and I have been trying to trade in both our vehicles and consolidate down to one. His truck was only negative a little bit but we knew my car was going to have issues with treading because I was under quite a bit. We had been to about 5 dealerships and turned away, so we had lost hope. We finally decided to give it one last go with AutoNation Ford, as we absolutely love the explorers! We walked in and got introduced to Brian Watson. He listened to our situation and as hesitant as he was about if they could make it happen, he still pushed through with a smile. He got our cars trade values done first and knew our goals for our new Ford Explorer. Although it took about an hour in a half of waiting to find out, they came back with an explorer that financially helped us out in the long run and had all the upgrades we had asked for. Although it was not my absolute first or second choice of color and my husband hated the color we still decided to test it out because we knew it would financially help us. Brian stayed confident the whole time that he could get us what we needed and it would financially fit our plans. The only reason why I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because it was a lot of sitting and waiting. Probably a total 5 hour experience, but what car dealership isn’t that long? From every single person in autonation that came and checked on us. Helped us out, and between Brian and Sam the finance guy, they were genuine and never once lied to you, pushed you, they give you your keys back right away, they don’t try to sell you things you don’t need and overall they try to give you What fits your family financially. Even if you don’t absolutely love the color! Sam the finance guy makes the whole process smooth, and he’s got a sense of humor that not a lot of people can accept! THANK YOU AutoNation Ford for giving us a car that we can finally be financially sound in! I love it and I actually have grown to like the color!

Work was completed and was satisfactory but the time to complete was too long and could not get a timeline on how long to complete. After work was complete I was given a truck that had dirt or smudges on the upholstery which I had to clean. Thought they should have done a better job of protecting the upholstery during repair. Had a chance to work with a service advisor that did try to meet my expectations .

I was very skeptical about going to another ford dealership consider what COGGIN FORD did to my car but Laura really took GREAT care of my car. I explained my whole problem and she was very polite and patient. She had my car for a whole week. Within the week span she called me every other day with updates and even had her mechanic speak to me. I truly appreciate all the help and work they did. I only get my car and my family’s cars serviced thru her. She’s truly the best and i can’t thank her and everyone at AutoNation for the great service enough.

He is great at listening to what you want in a car and making sure that you find it. It was the best experience possible! My finance manager who then helped me out was Christine. I came in to this AutoNation Ford location to test drive a car I saw online. When I arrived I was met at the door by Jose Laboy, who was a very nice salesman. I was informed that the car I was interested in had not arrived to the dealership yet, but that I could test drive a similar car at another location. Even though this particular AutoNation Ford location did not have the car in stock, Jose drove me to the other AutoNation Ford location in Orange Park on the other side of town to let me test drive a car. He wanted to help me determine whether I would want to buy the car I came in to ask about initially. I plan on purchasing the car from this dealer in the future when it arrives.

Had my car towed into the service department. Super service. Initially I could not pick-up the car because a local thunderstorm had "knocked out the electricity." Picked-up the car the next day. Told the service rep that because they were a customer facing organization, if they did not have a backup for the power supply, I would fire the business manager.

My mustang was scheduled for a paint repair covered by warranty already approved in my previous visit. My vehicle was there for a week and when I was told it was completed I cashed out and found that my vehicle had not even been painted as the invoice stated!!! When I asked the manager to correct the invoice so I could have the repair done at another dealership he told me no. They buffed the clear coat off AND damaged my vehicle. When I pointed out the damage I was told they will not be fixing anything on my car. I had also found a rear main seal oil leak (seal between the engine and transmission) the manager told me they cleaned it off with brake cleaner and found no leaks... REALLY?!?!?! Also on my previous visit they found my driveshaft failed and proceeded to tell me that my vehicle was safe to drive even though it was slinging me all over the road.

I had a routine service appointment for my Fusion, and the service was flawless, as usual. The staff there is very friendly and nice to work with. Though I chose to wait for my car, there was a shuttle driver who popped in regularly to see if anyone needed a ride, if they didn't want to wait.

Have a RV built on a F-350 Super Duty frame. At 4000 miles a/c stopped working. AutoNation has the room to work on RV. Fixed the problem under warranty within 2 days. Duane, the service rep, is top notch so one should get him if bringing in a car for service.

Took my Fleet Escape in for a 10,000 mile service without an appointment because I was driving by and had 45 mins. Was greeted and told they could work me in and it would be about 30-40 mins to complete. To my delight it was finished in 35 mins and I was on my way!

This was my first purchase from Autonation and I wish I had known about them sooner. Absolutely the best new car purchase experience ever. I have bought many new cars but this was by far the friendliest and most honest experience. Lance found me the car I wanted at the exact price I said I could pay without all the BS and double teaming high pressure you get at other lots in the area! He even let me walk off the lot to think about it, no pressure! The sales transaction was fast and John in finance wrapped up the deal so fast I thought he missed something, he is very good and friendly also. I already know Im going to get great service as I have brought all my cars here and the service department is the best in N. Florida. All in all, you should go check these guys out and not wait like I did. Even the Owner came and thanked me personally for buying from him. I will never buy a car anywhere else again and will insist all my friends and family go there also for an honest and friendly car deal.

I worked with Derek Parsons at AutoNation Ford Jacksonville and had the best experience I've ever had buying a car! He was very very patient, understanding, not pushy AT ALL, never tried to put me in something I didn't like or want and took into consideration the 290947 things I did and didn't want in a car. I am really thankful for all the assistance I received from Autonation Ford. Three individuals were extremely patient with all my questions and needs. They are David Bruton, Rini Schepen and John Smith. David was able to answer all my questions concerning the new Mustangs. I was without a Mustang for a little over a month. He kept me informed through the entire process with text messages and phone calls. Whenever I stopped by the dealership he was readily available. I had arrived at the dealership with a rental car and needed to return it to the rental company after I had done all the paperwork on my Mustang purchase. David took the time to follow me to the rental agency and bring me back to the dealership to pick up my car. After getting back to the dealership, David, spent a good deal of time indoctrinating me on all the features with the car, navigation, voice activation, heated/cooled seats, etc. Rini was remarkable as well. He searched the internet for the exact car I wanted. I can't say enough about the patience he had. I changed my mind a couple of times wanting more added to the car. I was first looking for a GT Premium with the performance package and magnetic color. Next I wanted to add the 50 year appearance package. Then finally I also wanted the 401A package. He was remarkable in finding the exact car I wanted. Rini also advised me that since my car had been totaled, that my insurance company would return me the cost of the sales tax on the new car. I talked to my insurance company and they will cover the tax up to $1750. That is some good information to know. John is very knowledgeable in what needs to happen in cancelling the unused extended warranty, maintenance plan, etc. When I first went to the dealership he introduced himself. I told him I had the extended warranty and maintenance plan on my totaled 2013 Mustang GT, which I bought in December 2012 from Autonation Ford on Philips Highway. He took charge of what needed to happen and made it happen. I should be receiving my refund check in the very near future. On first meeting he said he was there to help me in anyway and my satisfaction was the number one priority. My experience with Autonation Ford on Philips Highway was exemplary. I could not have asked for a better team of individuals to get me through the entire process. In my opinion, they have a well-oiled machine and it is working flawlessly. I will be telling everyone I know about the professionalism, outstanding costumer service and personal touches I received. This is my third purchase from this dealership and I look forward to more in the future.

Purchased a 2012 Used Honda Civic that I saw online. It was our first stop of the day and we went back after looking at other dealers and cars. The first sales guy was courteous and helpful. Turned out he was from another department just helping out. When we went back to make an offer, there was one young person who seemed to be covering the whole lot. This was 6:30pm on a Saturday, don't know if that matter or not. He finally gets to us, helps us out and I make a low offer. He then proceeds to say they don't negotiate. Look, that's fine but not true. We sit down inside, look at their price, ask if this was it and then left. Get a call as we pull away from the dealership saying they would come closer to my offer. All things are negotiable. I'll listen to any ask but don't want to waste time, mine or theirs. I ended up paying an average price for the car according to KBB. It was overall an average car buying experience and that's it. No one was rude, no one was too pushy. It's just too bad they were average. On a different note, I have used the same dealership for service on a Mustang and they did a fine job.

We were looking for a nice, well kept Acura that we could afford. By the time my husband and I found AutoNation Ford and Roger S., we were frazzled and discouraged. Roger answered all our questions in a straight forward way. We had become irritated by other dealers' pressure tactics and were so happy to find that AutoNation Ford did not do the usual high pressure tactics. I got a lot with going with the ford edge. Including horsepower, family convience, and media/climate technology. Only thing it didn't come with that I was very disappointed with was keyless ignition transmitter as most new models these days is a standard package. In respect to the overall vehicle a thumbs up. Upon deciding to trade in our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee, now that we don't have a boat to tow, the question was what to get. I suggested we drop by to see what Ford had to offer. We parked in the dealer lot and were greeted by a very nice gentleman, Phillip, who asked if he could help in any way. His approach was non pressure and I instantly felt comfortable and things proceeded from there. We told him we were possibly looking for an Edge. He found us a vehicle with the trim and amenities we liked and minutes later we had a price and monthly payment. I think the gentleman who filled out our paper work was John. The whole process very matter of fact with no pressure or stress. And there was no feeling of being scammed.

I had bought a used explorer from a 3rd party and I brought it to Wayne at AutoNation Ford, for them to go over the vehicle and check a few issues I had with it. Prior to trading for the 2014 Ford Escape Titanium all service for my 2012 Ford Escape was performed by Mike S. at the Avenues (now Auto Nation). Tom always provided excellent and prompt service every 5,000 miles (this was my choice and I know I could have gone 7,500 miles). All service was prompt, efficient and courteous. Additionally, service was usually on Sunday mornings and done while I waited. That being said, all the vehicle ever needed was routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation).
